Legal Accelerators, inDICEs and Cluj Cultural Centre join forces to co-organise the online panel on Art and culture in the digitized world: A legal perspective on March 10th at (14:00 CET) 15:00 EET.

In a one-hour online talk Bert Demarsin (dr.), head of the Art, Law & Management Research Programme, and Francisco Duque Lima (LL.M.), scholar and researcher at the KU Leuven Centre for IT&IP Law, will explore the legal issues that GLAM institutions (Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums) have dealt with for years and then smoothly transcending to the issues faced by legal experts in the contemporary digital transformation, by addressing the concepts of cultural reuse, open culture, and some industry pain points.
